Let Saloon Do Your Make-Up For Weddings & Special Events
Saloon Hair Color Specialists is expanding its bridal/special event beauty service to include professional make-up applications using Trucco cosmetics. Shown is Joe Vigliarolo, the special events stylist at Saloon.
Just in time for fall weddings and upcoming holiday parties, Saloon Hair Color Specialists unveils a professional make-up service for brides-to-be and celebrants of all types.
"Saloon has been styling bridal hair for over 20 years," said owner Frank Arcabascio. "Now our clients can enjoy the luxury of having their make-up applied professionally, with the convenience of one-stop beauty on their special day."
Heading up the formal occasion/bridal area for Saloon is hair and make-up expert Joe Vigliarolo. Whatever the occasion, Vigliarolo will work with the client to achieve the style she desires: whether it’s a romantic updo, loose waves, or a combination of both.
Individual make-up applications will utilize products from Sebastian’s Trucco Make-up line, available only in salons. Appointments can be booked for the salon or an outside location.
Saloon's makeover expertise is evidenced by the salon's long-standing relationship as the primary salon for Woman’s World Magazine’s "Miracle Makeover" section. In their role as makeover stylists, the Saloon staff provides updated hairstyles and make-up to magazine readers, who are then photographed at the salon for inclusion in the magazine.
In addition, Harper’s Bazaar recently featured Arcabascio in an article about one of the hottest new looks: hair extensions. Popular among celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, the procedure involves attaching pieces of real human hair to an individual’s own hair, for longer, sexier hairstyles.
Arcabascio pioneered the hair extension technique at the trendy Warren Tricomi Salon in NYC, where he works two days a week as head of the hair extension department. His New York clientele includes top fashion models, as well as other high-profile New Yorkers.
